<markupforum/> 2013
On 22 November 2013 the <markupforum/> takes place in Stuttgart for the third year in a row. This year the topic „XML editing and workflows“ is at the focus. The keynote will be held by Michael Sperberg-McQueen, the former chair of the W3C XML Coordination Group.
The <markupforum/> is a specialist conference for technically interested people and decision makers who want to get informed about new and established XML technologies. The conference is hosted by the data2type GmbH, the parsQube GmbH and the Stuttgart Media University (HdM). The presentation topics in this year are, for example:
- XML editing in the browser (le-tex publishing services GmbH)
- XML for processes, XML in processes – experiences in practice (Softproject GmbH)
- XML last AND XML first – experiences from the daily publishing routine of Wolters Kluwer Deutschland
- The usage of Schematron for the quality assurance of Thieme Compliance
- Web applications for the maintenance, management and processing of XML data (BaseX GmbH)
